Requirements for Certification & Fees

Scores Required for STOW-TT Certification

To be awarded certification, companies will be required to meet the following minimum requirements: 

 
1 Year Certification
- Minimum 75% in each element & Mimimum of 70% in the Physical Conditions Tour. 

2 Year Certification - Minimum 85% in each element with sound evidence of implementation & Minimum of 80% in the Physical Conditions Tour.

N.B. For 2-year certification, the organisation must have evidence of completion of at least 1 complete cycle of internal audits of the HSE MS.

2-year certification will not be granted only on the basis of documentation.

 

Fees Associated with STOW-TT Certification

APPLICATION FEE payable to The Energy Chamber  

ECTT Members: Low Risk - $1,000 + VAT

High Risk - $3,000 + VAT

Effective April 1st 2024, New Application Fees will be implemented for ECTT Non-members applying for high-risk STOW Certification.

ECTT Non Members: Low Risk - $1,250 + VAT

High Risk - $5,000 + VAT

AUDIT FEE payable to The Energy Chamber together with the application fee. The average length of time for an audit is dependent on the number of services, employees and sites to be assessed and can range from a minimum of four (4) days to a maximum of eight (8) days. ASSESSOR RATES

Senior Assessors:TT$3,000/ day + VAT (Can audit low, and high-risk companies)

Independent Assessors:TT$2,000/ day + VAT (Can audit low-risk companies only)
  

CERTIFICATION FEE of $1,000 + VAT is payable to The Energy Chamber before receipt of the STOW certificate.  Upon payment of the certificate fee and completion of the STOW online feedback form, the company will be issued with a STOW certificate and can access the audit findings on the STOW database.

Please note that companies must settle all outstanding debts in order to be issued with a quotation and contract for the STOW certification audit.
